Edward Thore

Edward Allen Thore, 79, of Petersburg, passed away Thursday, December 2, 2010. He is the son of the late Arthur D. and Minnie Payne Thore. He was also predeceased by brothers, Joseph P. Thore, Kenneth R. Thore, and Thom R. Thore. He is survived by a brother, Howard D. Thore and wife Betty; six nieces and nephews and a host of other loving family members. A memorial service will be held at 2 P.M. on Sunday, December 5, 2010 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. All other services are private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, P.O. Box 2006, Petersburg Va. 23804.
