Edward Walker

Edward Ray Walker, age 65, of Chester, VA., passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2010. He was born in Roanoke Rapids, NC the son of the late Johnnie and Lena Tolbert Walker. He was a member of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local #10 for 35 years. Mr. Walker is survived by his wife, Cheryl Walker of Chester; daughter, Sandie Jones and husband, Rick; son, Chris Walker; granddaughter, Meagan Jones; and grandson, Tyler Jones, all of Chesterfield. The family will receive friends at the Chester Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Thursday, July 1, 2010 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 2, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Dale Memorial Park, Chesterfield.
