Edward Zimoski

Edward C. Zimoski, 65, of Prince George, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2012. He was the son of the late Bernice Cecelia Zimoski. He is preceded in death by this wife, Kathryn Zimoski, and son, Thomas V. Zimoski. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force with over 20 years of dedicated service. He taught culinary arts at Richmond Technical Center for 19 years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge # 1472 in Hopewell, Virginia. He was an avid golfer, and train collector, and loved his children and grandchildren dearly. He is survived by his father, Chester Joseph Zimoski from Clarion, Pennsylvania; Daugher, Catherine A. Keener, and her husband, Sonny from Fayetteville, North Carolina; Grandchildren, Johnathon Russell, Elizabeth Russell, Corinne Russell, and Emma Russell all from Lees Summit, Missouri; Brothers, Chuck Zimoski, from Florida, Ronald Zimoski and Michael Zimoski both from Pennsylvania., and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 4, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be on held at 10:00 am Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at the Church of Sacred Heart in Prince George County, with a burial to follow at the church cemetery.
