Elfriede Livia Martell

Elfriede Livia Martell, 80, of Church Road, VA, passed away June 29, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Klahn and Herta Shalme. She is survived by her, loving husband of 55 years, James E. Martell; son, Larry Martell and wife, Connie; son, Wayne Martell and wife, Miriam; daughter, Debbie White and husband, Mark; daughter, Brenda Shutter and husband, Tim; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren; as well as numerous extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at J.T. Morriss & Son Dinwiddie Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel.
