Elizabeth Dimarino

Elizabeth Ashley DiMarino, age 10, of Newport News, VA died on May 6, 2006. Not given much time on this earth, she nonetheless, embraced life to the fullest. She loved the outdoors and was more comfortable in a bathing suit or cut off shorts than anything else. Going to the river on boating trips with her family was where you could find her on most summer weekends. She is survived by her parents, Cindy L. DiMarino of Newport News, and Nicholas J. DiMarino of Chester, VA; one loving sister, Alyssa MacKenzie DiMarino of Newport News; and many loving great-grandparents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives. The family will receive friends tonight, Tuesday, May 9, from 6 to 8 PM, at New Covenant Church, Big Bethel Road, Hampton, VA. A funeral service will be held in her honor on Friday, May 12, Abingdon, VA.. The family request that memorial contributions be made in Elizabethâ??s honor to the American Cancer Society or to the Boys & Girls Club of the Virginia Peninsula, Newport News.
