Elizabeth Elvira Wright

Elizabeth Elvira Sirles Wright, 89, departed this life on December 28, 2017. She was preceded by her husband of sixty years, Wilbur Glenn Wright. She passed on his birthday to celebrate her homecoming! What better birthday present could you receive than to be reunited with your one true love! She is survived by six of her nine children, Sheila Bradford and husband, Michael, Glenn Wright and wife, Peggy, Robert Wright and wife, Jenny, Roger Wright, Terri Jones and husband, Jesse and David Wright. She lived her life with joy in caring for others. She also raised seven of her 24 grandchildren; had 36 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great grandchildren. Physically they were married for sixty years, but they will be together for all time and eternity. Love never dies... A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 3541 Cogbill Rd., Richmond, VA 23234. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester, VA. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
