Ella Turner

Ella Dorothy Turner, 86, of Prince George, Virginia passed away Thursday, December 11, 2008 at the Hopewell Health Care Center. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward M. Turner, Sr. Mrs. Turner was born in 1922 in Hertford, North Carolina. She had four children, one deceased son, Edward Turner, Jr. and three living children, Dorothy T. Borkey of Colorado, David L. Turner of Charlotte, NC and Michael I. Turner of Prince George, VA. Also surviving is a sister, Jessie Mae Hollowell of Manteo, NC. Mrs. Turner has eight grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren The family will receive friends Saturday, December 13, 2008 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM in the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 PM, immediately following the visit with friends. Interment will be private.
