Ellen Smith Baugh

Ellen Smith Baugh, 93, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louise Frazier Smith and Clyde Butts Smith; her husband, Virginius Hutson Baugh; son, Hutson Baugh; sister, Virginia S. Valenti; and nephew, James Walter Barham. Ellen was retired from Central State Hospital as Assistant to the Administrator. She is survived by her sister, Alease Smith Barham; five nieces, Gail Morrison Seay, Elizabeth Barham Woodard, Mary Ellen Barham, Emily Barham Seward and Donna V. Cifers; and two nephews, Syd Mayes and Michael Mayes. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 P.M., Wednesday, September, 20, 2017 at Blandford Cemetery.
