Elsie Cotten

Elsie Hogwood Cotten, 85, of Chesterfield, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, February 24, 2009. She was born in Sussex, Virginia, daughter of the late Charles and Sudie Bishop Hogwood. Ms. Cotten was a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her daughter, Connie C. Blakely and husband Kevin, of Chesterfield; son, C. Chris Cotten and wife Pat, of Chesterfield; grandchildren, Cory Cotten and Bridget Blakely, both of Chesterfield. The family will receive friends at the Chesterfield chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 25, 2009 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. A graveside service will take place on Thursday, February 26, 2009 at 11 a.m in Readville Baptist Church Cemetery, Sussex Courthouse, Virginia.
