Emily Scott

Emily Sodomka Scott, 93, of Hopewell, passed away Saturday February 2, 2008. She was predeceased by her husband, Harry F. Scott, and her parents Frank & Anna Plicka Sodomka. She was a homemaker and was a member of First Christian Church in Hopewell. She is survived by her daughter Linda Scott Whippo & her husband Robb of Henrico County; sister Vlasta S. Lewis of Hopewell; nieces Betty Lewis of Hopewell, Roberta Rucker & husband Larry of Maidens; nephews Donald Lewis of Hopewell, Stanley Sodomka & wife Harlene of Charlottesville, Fred Sodomka & wife Joan of Great Falls, Montana; great nieces Diedre Lewis of Hopewell, Heather Creech & husband Justin of Glen Allen, and Becky Venters & husband Weston of Colorado Springs, Colorado. The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 5, 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T.Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
