Emily Sykora

Emily Cibula Sykora, 87, of Prince George, died Thursday, June 16, 2005 in Hopewell Health Care Center. She was born in Prince George County and had been a life long resident. Mrs. Sykora was a member of Prince George Congregational Christian Church for more than 50 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew & Mary Laska Cibula, her husband Alvin H. Sykora, Sr. and a son, Alvin H. Sykora, Jr. Mrs. Sykora is survived by one son, Norman J. Sykora and his wife Virginia of Amherst, VA, one daughter, Carol S. Brokmeier and her husband Gary, one sister, Elsie Hall, all of Prince George County, 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 18, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George, with the Rev. Troy Kaichen officiating.
