Emma â??Sueâ? Clary Elliott, 84, of Colonial Heights, widow of Arthur B. Elliott, passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2009. She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin Oâ??Goode Clary and Virginia Lewis Clary; daughter, Elois Levon Vaughan and her granddaughter, Pamela Gayle Vaughan. Emma is survived by her sons, Wallace D. Elliott and wife, Carol, and Gerald W. Elliott and wife, Sandra; daughter, Virginia L. Wilkinson and husband, Spencer; grandchildren, Amanda Scharler, April Wilson, Michelle Courtney, Cathy Stamey, Gregory Wilkinson and wife, Elizabeth and Douglas Vaughan; great-grandchildren, Gus Scharler, Stephanie Wilson, Gabriel Wilson, Jack Bailey Stamey, and Carlie Vaughan and her sister, Bessie Edmonds. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
