Emma Frances Norwood, 74, of Petersburg, passed away Friday, April 29, 2011 at Heritage Hall in Blackstone. She was the daughter of the late James and Mary Elizabeth Champion Atkins. She is survived by her husband, Roy I. Norwood of Petersburg. A graveside service will be conducted 1:00 pm Monday, May 2, 2011 at Southlawn Memorial Park.
