Erwin Goff

Erwin Lee Goff, 88, of Maryland, formerly of Colonial Heights, Va., went to be with his Lord on Friday, July 27, 2012. Mr. Goff served proudly in the U.S. Coast Guard during WWII and was a retired Master Plumber. He is preceded in death by his son, Michael D. Goff. He is survived by his beloved wife, Christine S. Goff, of Timonium, Md.; daughter, Carole G. Coleman and her husband Ronald, of Timonium, Md.; niece, Linda Hurdle, of Virginia Beach, Va.; and long-time friend of over 50 years, Frances Barr. His funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Family will receive friends at the funeral home an hour prior to the service. The family of Mr. Goff would like to give their heart felt thanks to the Petersburg Fire and Rescue Emergency Service Honor Guard for their service as pallbearers.
