Estelle Williams Whorley, 89, of Ford, VA, formerly of Petersburg, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2006. Born in Dinwiddie County, she was the daughter of the late David Freeman and Pearl Rainey Williams and the widow of Frank Peter Whorley. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Kenneth ?Kenny? Stainback; sister, Frances W. Williams; and son-in-law, Eddie C. Walker. Mrs. Whorley is survived by her daughters, Marjorie W. ?Margie? Walker of Church Road, Grace W. Wilson and husband, Jerry E. and Nancy C. Wright and husband, Johnnie M. all of Colonial Heights; sons, Richard Marvin Whorley and wife, Bodge of Colonial Heights, Carlton D. Whorley of Richmond and Melvin Ray Whorley and wife, Deborah of Prince George; grandchildren, Jamie Merhout, Tracy Len Stainback, Rebecca Whorley, Jeanette ?Jeanie? Martin, Crystal Jarratt, Melissa Durham, Julie Wilson, Ray Whorley, Joy Wilson, Brandi Reese, and BreAnn Whorley; great-grandchildren, Billy Whorley, Steven Stainback, Jonathon Stainback, Destiny Jarratt, Dylan Jarratt, Hunter Stainback, Aaron Durham, Jacob Stainback, and Kensleigh Martin; and a sister, Ruth W. Williams of Ford. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 PM Friday, February 3, at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
