Eugene Cline

Eugene Cline, 88, of Dinwiddie, Virginia, born and raised in Mohawk, West Virginia, passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2025.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Mona Cline; and his sister, Shelby Grimmett.

Eugene served his country honorably in the United States Army and also worked for Brown & Williamson Tobacco Company. He loved the outdoors and all activities associated with it - including fishing and white-water rafting. Eugene also enjoyed singing karaoke. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Eugene is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Glenda Cline; his beloved and very special son, Brian Cline; his brothers, Jimmy Cline, Collin Cline, and Bennette Cline; his sister, Patsy Cline; and numerous extended family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM, at First Assembly of God, 25213 Ferndale Road, Petersburg, Virginia 23803.
