Eunice Reynolds Adams, age 81, of Dinwiddie Virginia, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 11, 2021. She was born on August 1st, 1939 to the late Simon and Lula Bertie Reynolds. In addition to her parents, Eunice is preceded in death by her husband, Willis Randolph Adams “Randy”, and her siblings, Simon Reynolds, Jr., Edith Hood, Ellen Roark, Marilla Bollinger, and Shirley King. She is survived by her children, Gary Adams (Lennie) and Rhonda Crites (David); grandchildren Colton Adams (Alison), Sydney Adams, Daniel Crites (Lindsey) and Matthew Crites and her great grandchildren, Elena Adams, and Peyton Adams. Eunice retired from Rohoic Elementary School Cafeteria in 2007, after 29 years of service. She was a member of The Heights Baptist Church and loved spending time with her family. Our mother was an encourager, counselor, storyteller, and friend to anyone she met. She was not a woman of great means, but she always helped anyone in need. She would cook you the best meal you ever had while making you feel so loved and at home. When the Lord saved Mama, she became a bright flame that lit up the lives of her family and friends. Mama constantly lifted up her family and others in prayer. A celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. The service will be livestreamed, and please consider visiting the funeral home website or calling the funeral home to leave a ‘Hug from Home’ signifying your attendance at the service.
