Evelyn Louise Vance

Evelyn Louise Vance, 82 of Prince George, passed away Monday, February 20, 2017. She is preceded in death by her parents, Emory and Viola Griffith; brother, Buck Griffith; and her loving husband, Thomas E. Vance. She is survived by her children, Jeff L. Vance and wife, Kyra, and Todd Vance and wife, Tracy; grandchildren, Heather Turner and husband, David, Thomas Vance, Autumn Vance, Scooter Vlkojan and wife, Jessica, and Matthew Vlkojan and wife, Tricia; great grandchildren, Austin Turner, Kaleb Turner, and Kaiden Turner, Matthew Vlkojan, Jr, Austin Vlkojan, Ellie Vlkojan, Karlee Vlkojan, and Baylee Vlkojan; as well as numerous extended family and friends. Evelyn was retired from the Defense Supply Center and a member of Blandford United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 23, 2017 at J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 820 W. Broadway, Hopewell, VA. A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 24, 2017 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Bermuda Memorial Park.
