Everett L. Alford, Jr.

Everett Lee Alford, Jr., 71, of South Chesterfield, VA passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2022, after a brief illness surrounded by his loving children and daughter-in-law. J.R. was a very proud lifelong member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #882, as well as employee of Retro Insulation, Prince George, VA, for many years.
J.R. is preceded in death by parents, Everett Lee Alford, Sr. and Nellie Mae Smith Alford.
He is survived by two loving and very grateful children, as well as a very special daughter-in-law. Son, Robert Everett Alford "The #1 Seed" and his wife, Amy, of Powhatan, VA; daughter, Nicole Mae Alford "Noodle / George," of Matoaca, VA; and his granddaughter, Harper Bryant Creel "Peanut"; and future grandson, Levi Liam Creel.
J.R. is also survived by three sisters, Sheila Crocker, Patricia Langford, and Alice Canipe; as well as several nieces and nephews; and far too many friends to begin to count.
