Felix Bushman

Felix J. Bushman, Jr. 78, 5209 Sterling Road, Petersburg, VA, passed on to a greater calling Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at Southside Regional Medical Center, Petersburg, VA. Born February 11, 1932 in Wisconsin and became a native of Dinwiddie for the past 57 years. Served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Elsie J. Bushman of Dinwiddie; sons, Louis E. Tucker and F.J. Bushman, III both of Dinwiddie; daughters, Linda Willcox of Bracey and Kay B. Reekes of Dinwiddie; brother, Wayne Bushman of Michigan; sister, Carol Odhy of California; 14 grandchildren,; 23 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm Saturday, July 3, 2010 at Pine Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Rodney Jenkins officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:30 â?? 8:30 pm Friday, July 2, 2010 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
