Flora Warren

Flora Christine Warren, age 62, of Chester, VA passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2010. She was born in Richmond, VA, the daughter of the late Otis L. and Agnes Armstead Wright. Mrs. Warren was the widow of John L. Warren, and was also preceded in death by a special friend, Claude Wayne Whitmore. She was a member of the Kingsland Baptist Church, and was a loving mother and grandmother. Ms. Warren enjoyed family gatherings and was also a good fisherwoman. She is survived by her children, Shelia W. Albert and husband, Tony, George E. Sprouse and wife, Lindsay, and Christina M. Warren and husband, Allen; seven grandchildren, Bryan, Rebecca, Marshal, Jonathan, Julianna, Alanah, and Whitley; three siblings, Horace L. Wright and wife, Pat, Joyce A. Eubanks, and Raymond L. Wright; a great niece, Morgan Chewney; her loving companion â??Little Manâ?; and other family and friends. The family will receive friends on Friday January 8, 2010 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday January 9, at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester.
