Florence Burton

Mrs. Florence Burton, 47, passed away Friday, August 24, 2007 at Henrico Doctorâ??s Hospital. She was a native of Petersburg and was a lifelong resident of Chesterfield County and was the daughter of the late Berry Joseph and Mary Ellen Walker Eanes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, JoEllen Eanes Henshaw and Jennie Eanes Clements. Mrs. Burton is survived by her husband, James Burton and two sons, James Burton, III of Chesapeake, VA and William Burton of Isle of Wight, VA; three grandchildren; brothers, Bernard E. Eanes of Chesapeake, VA and Bill Eanes of Williamsburg, VA; and a sister, Stephanie Cornell of Chesterfield, VA. A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dale Gillis and the Rev. L. J. Johns officiating.
