Florence Marie Plank

Florence Marie Lingerfelt Plank, 77, of Dinwiddie County, VA passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2021. She was born January 6, 1944 in DeWitt, VA. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Pinkney and Louise Hudgins Lingerfelt, and an infant brother. She is survived by a son, John H. Plank, III.; daughter, Connie Dill; partner, Ronnie Gooch; 3 grandchildren; brother, John Calvin Lingerfelt (Frances); sister, Mary Lou Childrey (Enzie); son-in-law, Al Winkler; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Florence was a beautician and had shop in her home for about 7 years. She went on to work in the jewelry department at Walmart for 25 years. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Rocky Run UMC Cemetery, DeWitt, VA. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com .
