"Fran" Concannon

Concannon, "Fran" Rose died peacefully in her sleep Sunday, 21 November, 2010. A resident of the Richmond area for more than 50 years, she earned Art degrees from RPI and VCU. A feisty business woman she started and ran several graphics and corporate communications companies. Fran is survived by her husband John Concannon, of Chester; daughter, Cynthia Blanch Kegley and son, William Carl Rose, both of Richmond; a grandson, Hayden Rose; a sister, Matee Ruth Bennett of Roanoke; nieces, nephews, and many caring friends and comrades.
