Frances Allen Robinson

Frances Allen Robinson, 74, of Hopewell VA, passed away, Wednesday, January 24, 2018. She was the daughter of the late, Raymond W. Allen and Mattie Jarratt. She is also preceded in death by her 1st husband, Jack B. Allen, Sr. and 2nd husband, James H. Robinson. As well as her son, Jack B. Allen, Jr. Mrs. Robinson was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She retired after 18 years of service working in the Hopewell Public Schools cafeteria. She is survived by her sons, Paul W. Allen and wife Kathy, James E. Allen and wife Denise, David E. Allen and wife Shawn, and Dennis L. Allen and wife Amee; grandchildren, Jack, April, Roni, Sara, Brittney, Ricky, and Kayty; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Margie Owens; her mama, Alease Allen Pair; and daughter in law, Sharon Allen. A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 29, 2018 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son, with interment to follow in Reedsville Baptist Church Cemetery in Sussex VA.
