Frances Stillman Lee, 84, of Hopewell, died Wednesday, July 7, 2004 in John Randolph Nursing Home. She was born in Birmingham, AL and had been a resident of this area since 1940. Mrs. Lee was a member of the First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Raymond Stillman, Sr. and Elizabeth Traynham Stillman, three brothers, John Hammond Stillman, Arthur Raymond Stillman, Jr. and Thomas Traynham Stillman. Mrs. Lee is survived by her husband, P. Elton Lee, Sr., of Hopewell, three daughters, Mrs. Earl (Elizabeth) Huntbarger of Toccoa, GA, Mrs. Tom (Donna) L. Haddon of Nags Head, NC, Joyce L. Holmes, of Chester, VA, one son, P. Elton Lee, Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA, 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and one sister, Mary S. Kirby of Roanoke, VA and many nieces and nephews.. The family will receive friends Thursday, July 8, 2004 from 7:00 to 8:30PM in the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2:00PM Friday, July 9, 2004 with the Rev. Willie Cromer, Jr., pastor of First Baptist Church officiating assisted by the Rev.
