Frances Tanner

Frances Loretta Lane Tanner, 72, of Petersburg passed away on Friday, February 5, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther Edward and Ercelle Faye Rowland Lane; her husband, Robert Edward Tanner, Sr., and her daughter, Sharon Elizabeth Tanner. She is survived by her children, Robert Edward Tanner and wife, Kathleen, Deborah Davis, and Joseph Linwood Tanner and wife, Bobbie Jo; grandchildren, Robert Edward Tanner, III, Jamie Lee Davis, Richard Brandon Davis, and Nicholas Judson Tanner; sisters, Mabel Westmoreland, Juanita Boze, and Barbara Cole; brother, Aulick Lane and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Monday, February 8, 2010 from 6 to 8 pm.
