Frances Crumpler Webb

Frances “Fannie” Crumpler Webb, 92, of Colonial Heights, passed away on February 28, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall R. Webb Jr.; parents, Gramp and Carrie Crumpler; 1 sister; and 10 brothers. Frances worked for C&P telephone until retirement. She was a lover of animals, and enjoyed spending time with her pets. Frances enjoyed many hobbies such as gardening, painting, boating and fishing at their cottage on the James River, and wintering in Florida with friends. She was a member of Oak Hill Garden Club. A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, March 12, at the Petersburg chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, interment to follow in Blandford Cemetery.
