Francis Allen Houston

Francis Allen Houston, 82, of Chester, VA passed away on Friday, September 2, 2022. Born in Richmond, VA, he was the son of the late Allen and Virginia Minter Houston; and was also preceded in death by his loving wife, Janice Hall Houston; and a sister, Anne Houston. Mr. Houston was a United States Army veteran, a member of First Baptist Church in Hopewell and had retired from Celadon Trucking, after many years of dedicated service. He will be remembered by his family as a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his one son, James Houston and wife, Alison; two grandchildren, Tanner and Rachel Houston; one sister, Joyce Martin and husband, Robert; and a niece, Sara Martin.
