Francis Townley Watkins

Francis Townley Watkins, 85, of South Chesterfield, passed away on Friday, September 15, 2023. Francis was born in Richmond, Virginia on January 24, 1938 and was the son of the late Francis and Charlotte Watkins. He is survived by his wife, Beverly F. Watkins; three children, Townley Scott Watkins (Pam), Preston Kelly Watkins (Denise), and Cynthia Watkins; and two grandchildren, Townley Scott Watkins II and Kellie Ann Noles.
