Frank Walton Carr Iii

Frank Walton Carr III, of Chesterfield, VA passed away on February 2, 2018 at the age of 82. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank W. Carr II and Louise Phelps Carr; and his cousin, Betty Jane Seibert. He is survived by his loving wife, Sylvia W. Carr; children, Linda Norris (Butch), Earl Spradlin (Rose), Elizabeth Crawley (William); seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; as well as numerous extended family and friends. Frank spent many years working in finance at the Virginia Department of Taxation and Virginia Power. He was a U.S. Army veteran and following his active duty service he went on to serve for many years in the Army National Guard. Frank was an avid Golfer and Chess player. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., Monday, February 5th at J.T. Morriss & Son, Chesterfield Chapel.
