Frank Porter Hatter, Iii

Frank Porter Hatter III, 75, of Chester, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023. He was born in Maryland to the late Frank Porter Hatter, Jr., and Daisy S. Hatter. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Lloyd Hatter.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 32 years, Karen Henshaw Hatter; son, Ryan Frank Hatter; mother-in-law, Roselyn Harvanek Henshaw; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Frank had a strong passion for music. He started his career in photography and advanced to sales and promotion for MCA/Universal Records. After his career there he enjoyed working side by side with his wife and their business, Chords and Keys Music in Colonial Heights. Frank loved shore fishing, watching NASCAR, and rooting for the Baltimore Orioles. He will forever be remembered as a loving husband and a devoted father. He will be missed.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 20, 2023, at Southlawn Memorial Park. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com .
