Frank Owen Irvine Sr.

Frank Owen Irvine, Sr., 94, formerly of Petersburg, VA, passed away on February 19, 2018. He was preceded in death by his wife Mildred Irvine. Frank is survived by his sons, David (Melanie) and Owen (Melinda); and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a proud Navy Veteran serving in WWII, owner of Tri-City Heating and Plumbing, and a longtime member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Colonial Heights. A visitation will be held from 6p.m. to 8p.m. on Friday, March 2, 2018 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
