Franklin Lee Brockwell

Franklin Lee Brockwell, 67, of Chester, VA, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2016. Born in Petersburg, VA, he was the son of the late Malcolm Eugene and Louise Cameron Brockwell. Frank was an avid pool player, loved throwing darts, and was a huge fan of ACC Basketball. He retired from Dominion Virginia Power after 20 years of service as a mechanic at the Chesterfield Power Station. He is survived by his wife, Doris M. Brockwell; daughter, Heather B. Greve and husband, Michael; son, Evan C. Brockwell; grandchildren, Alexandria Greve and Max Greve; brothers, Malcolm Eugene “Gene” Brockwell, Jr., and wife, Connie, Richard Nelson “Rick” Brockwell and wife, Megan, and Willie Harold Brockwell and wife, Yvonne; nieces, Jennifer Brockwell Pelotte, Shannon Brockwell and Michelle Brockwell; nephews, Nick Brockwell and Lee Chappell. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service.
