Franklin Edward Taylor, 56, of Chesterfield passed away on Friday, January 3, 2020. He is preceded in death by his wife, father, brother and grandmother. He is survived by his mother; daughter, Kimberly Dice and her husband, Tom who were also his caregivers. He is also survived by his son, Paul J.
