Freda Mae Hill

Freda Mae Hill, 70, of Colonial Heights, VA, passed peacefully on February 24, 2023. Born in Welch, WV, and raised in War Eagle, WV, she was the daughter of the late, Earl Mounts & Hattie Mullins Mounts-Olivio. She was preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband, Joseph Hill.
She is survived by her daughter, Tia-Alicia Dew and her husband, Jason; grandsons, Damon Silvestro and his wife, Ashley, Dimitri Silvestro, and his wife, Jackie, and Drake Silvestro; granddaughters, Adrienne Dew and Piper Dew; great-grandchildren, Liam, Jase, Joleigh, and Daxon.
The family will receive friends from 6p.m. to 8p.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A graveside service will be conducted at 11a.m., on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at Sunset Memorial Park.
