Fredrick Elder

Frederick L. Elder, 64 of Sutherland, VA, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 29, 2010. He was preceded in death by his father, Leon Harris Elder. Freddie Loved gardening, Christmas, stray animals and Nascar especially #88. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 29 years, Crystal Hayes Elder; his mother, Renotta Hart Elder, daughter, Dana E. Mengel; four sons, Christopher L. Elder, Shawn W. Elder, Jeffrey C. Elder and Kenneth â??Scottâ? Elder all of Dinwiddie County; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; devoted friends; cousins; uncles; and aunts. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 am Friday, December 31, 2010 at Rocky Run United Methodist Church. All friends and family may visit the family of Mr. Elderâ??s residence.
