Gail Vivian Howell

Gail Vivian Howell, 75, of Hopewell, VA, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 13, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eldridge & Mary Ellen Plott. She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Ed R. Howell, Jr.; daughter, Denise Crawford; daughter, Theresa Cooper and husband, Jim; son, Randy Weeks; son Keith Weeks and wife, Lindsey; seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren; her brothers, Ricky Plott, Larry Plott, Mike Plott, Alan Plott and David Plott; as well as numerous extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday, February 19, 2023, at J.T. Morriss & Son Hopewell Chapel, 820 W. Broadway Ave, Hopewell, VA 23860. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. February 20, 2023, in the chapel. Interment will follow Prince George Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
