Gail Kidd

Gail Elizabeth Kidd, 55, of Dinwiddie, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2009. Born in Petersburg, she was the daughter of the late William Herbert and Mary Lescanec Kidd. Gail was a longtime employee of John Randolph Medical Center where she worked as a respiratory therapist. She spent most of her life riding and training horses. She was the owner of Woodridge Arabians in Dinwiddie and a horseback riding instructor. She also enjoyed fashion design and sewing. Gail is survived by her son, Kevin Kidd of Dinwiddie; sisters, Linda Flowers (Don) of Georgia and Gloria Vasatko (Frank) of Dinwiddie; nieces, Janice Vasatko, Angela Wiseman, and Cheryl Roberts; nephew, Kenneth Williams; great-nephew, Joshua Wiseman; and a devoted friend, Janet Lee. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 24th at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
