Gail Annette Vargo

Gail A. Vargo, 57, of Disputanta (Prince George) passed away suddenly, Monday, July 10, 2017 at John Randolph Medical Center. She was a lifelong resident of Prince George County. Gail was a member of Bethlehem Congregational Church and retired from DECA (Fort Lee). She was the daughter of the late William G. “Buck” Vargo, and was preceded in death by her brother, Michael E. “Mickey” Vargo. She is survived by her son, Andrew W.M. Vargo; mother, Elsie Bresko Vargo; sister, Phyllis Vargo-Davis (Mark); two brothers, Roger W. “Buck” Vargo (Susan) and Philip A. Vargo; three nieces, Elizabeth A. Vargo of Maryland, Jami L. Davis and Brendal J. W. Vargo both of Prince George; nephew, Philip A. Vargo, Jr. (Rebecca); great-nephew, Hendrix Vargo. A memorial service will be held, at 3:00 p.m., on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Bethlehem Congregational Church, 10501 Pole Run Rd., Disputanta, VA 23842 with Pastor Pat Elder officiating. A visitation will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, monetary contributions may be made to the Gail A. Vargo Memorial Fund, c/o 4810 Ruffin Road, Prince George, VA 23875.
