Garland "Buddy" Lee Raney, III, 65, of Hopewell, Virginia departed this life April 28, 2024.
He retired from Honeywell as an operator.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Raney; children, Marcus (Jessica), Kristen (Fikru), and Corbin (Corey); mother, Joan Raney; sister, Patty Grigg (Bubba); several grandchildren, nieces and a nephew; aunts, Shirley Dalton, Ruth Marshburn (Tony), Linda Robison (Dean); uncles, Tom Lynch and Pete Dalton. He was predeceased by his father, Garland Lee Raney, Jr.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at the Hopewell Chapel of JT Morriss & Son from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
