George Robert â??Bubbaâ? Waymack, Jr. 77, of Prince George, left his earthly home to travel to the house not made by hands, eternal in the heavens, on Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at Johnston Willis Hospital, with his loved ones by his side He was a lifelong resident of Prince George County. Mr. Waymack served in the U. S. Navy aboard the USS Northampton CLC l during the Korean War and was stationed in Key West, Fl.. He was a member of the American Legion, a founding member of the Prince George Fire Department, Company l, a former deacon at Gregory Memorial Presbyterian Church and a member of the Board of Trustees at Prince George Christian Church. Mr. Waymack was a Honeywell employee for 33 years and served as Justice of the Peace and was a Magistrate for the 6th Judicial District for 33 years. A Master Mason for 51 years, he was past Worshipful Master of Prince George Lodge #115 from 1961 -1963. He was a member of the Royal Arch Chapter #7, Petersburg and served as the most senior Past District Deputy Grand Master for 29th Masonic District in 1964. Mr. Waymack was a devoted husband, brother, father, uncle, grandfather and friend. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, traveling, and playing pinochle. He was preceded in death by his parents, George R. Waymack, Sr. and Inez Catherine Williams Waymack. Surviving are his wife, of 56 years, Marlene Pentecost Waymack, a daughter, The Honorable Jacqueline Waymack and husband Mike Pierce of Prince George, two sons; George R. Waymack, lll and his wife Laura of Shermans Dale, PA. ,and Bruce Earl Waymack and wife Karen of Prince George, grandchildren, MatthewWaymack, Sarah Waymack, Joseph Waymack, Rachel Waymack, Meredith Waymack, Tyler Waymack, Jennifer Sower, Kore Borman, Rebecca Wasyk, Jason Wasyk, Heather Wasyk and Amy DeBaugh , three great-grandchildren, a sister; Frances Kohout and husband John of Waverly, sister and brother-in-law; Earlene and Wayne Sprouse of Surry, a niece; Diane Emerson and husband Henry of Waverly, a devoted cousin, Sally Wilson, of Hopewell, and a devoted friend Lillian Grubbs of Prince George. A masonic memorial service will be held Friday, December 7, 2007 at 7P.M. in the Hopewell Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service with visitation to follow until 8:30 P.M. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2007 at 10:00 A. M. in Prince George Christian Church with Rev. Wayne Marburger, pastor officiating. Interment, with military honors, will be at Blandford Cemetery in Petersburg. Flowers are welcome or memorial contributions may be made to the Prince George Emergency Crew P.O.
