George Howell Giles

George Howell Giles, 69, of Matoaca, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2013. Born in Prince George County, he was the sone of the late George Washington and Sallie Hudson Giles. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and was a retired industrial mechanical pipe welder. In his spare time, he enjoyed making jewelry from stainless steel. Mr. Giles is survived by his children, Eric Giles and wife, Toni, Kevin Giles and wife, Amy, Marie Corkrean, and Keith Cullifer and wife, Jessica; grandchildren, Theresa, Madison, Mackenzie, Adrian, Dakota, Logan, and Conner; sisters, Sara Eanes, Nellie Traylor, and Elizabeth Jones. Services will be private.
