George Chappell Temple, 73, of Prince George County passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 2, 2021. He was the son of the late Clarence and Kathleen Temple.
He is survived by his wife; Wanda Goodrich Temple; daughter, Gloria Temple Fine (Trevor); son, Jeff Temple (Marissa); brother; Richard Temple (Jean); grandchildren, Laura, Michael, Scarlett; and great grandson, Lucas.
The family will receive visitors from 5 to 7 p.m. on Saturday June 5 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son. A funeral service will be held on June 6 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will follow at Martin’s Brandon Episcopal Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Cemetery Fund at Martin’s Brandon Episcopal Church, 18706 James River Drive, Disputanta, VA 23842.
