George Vaughan

George Wayne Vaughan, 58, of Petersburg, died Monday, April 26, 2010 at his residence. A lifelong resident of the city, he was the son of Lois Marie Harrell Vaughan and the late George Spencer Vaughan. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, George Wayne Vaughan, Jr.; daughters, Jennifer Marie and Carrie Marie; sister, Diane Bryant of Hopewell; brothers, Robert Vaughan of Hopewell, David Vaughan of Petersburg, and Stephen Vaughan of California; several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Thursday, April 29, 2010 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
