Gerald Andrew Koren, Sr.

Gerald Andrew Koren, Sr., born March 21, 1931 to the late John and Julia Koren, was called to heaven on Thursday, February 15, 2023 to be with his wife, Wanda, and son, Stephen Koren.
He was survived by his son, Gerald A. Koren, Jr. (Linda); grandchildren, Jason (Amy), Matthew (Jennifer), Jeri Cox (Allen), and Paul (Ashby); thirteen great-grandchildren; and sisters, Eleanor Novotony and Betty Head.
A visitation will be held at J.T. Morriss & Son - Hopewell Chapel on Sunday, February 19, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The funeral service will be held on Monday, February 20, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Nazareth Lutheran Church, 1711 Grant Street, Hopewell, VA 23860. Interment will follow at Merchants Hope Memorial Gardens.
