My sweet mother has gone to be with her Lord and Savior and reunited with my Dad, the love of her life. She was 96, what a blessing it was to have her for so long. Mom was a family loving, sassy Italian with impeccable, ensuring her hair and nails were always done. Anyone who knew her knew she had no problem telling you what she was thinking, she definitely kept us laughing.
Mom cherished her family and displayed a multitude of pictures of her 5 great-grandchildren and 3 grandchildren.
She was a devoted Catholic, attending Mass at St. Joseph’s and in her later years, she relished her weekly visits by the Priest.
Mom volunteered at Southside Regional for 28 years, she thoroughly enjoyed her time there.
She is survived by her daughter, Laura Kerr Nesmith and husband, Charles “Chip”; grandchildren, Patricia Lea Nesmith, Robert Charles Nesmith and fiancé, Audra, Michael Anthony Nesmith and wife, Susie; brothers, Antonio Paolucci and wife, Sandra, Marcello Paolucci and wife, Deanna, and Franco Paolucci.
We have a lifetime of memories to cherish until we are reunited with her again.
Love you always Mom.
