Gisela Thomas

Gisela Thomas, 82, of Petersburg, passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, August and Barbara Gehweiler Wenz; and husband, Carl R. Thomas. Gisela was the President of the Ladies Auxillary of the VFW and a volunteer at the VA. She was an avid bingo player at the Eagles. She is survived by her son, Daniel M. Thomas and wife, Angela; and two granddaughters, Barbara Thomas and Rachel Thomas. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M., on Friday, December 30, 2016 in Southlawn Memorial Park.
