Gladys Mae Shurm Brockwell, 84, of Hopewell, died April 26, 2007 in the Hopewell Health Care Center. She was born in Spring Grove, PA... Mrs. Brockwell was preceded in death by her parents, George Washington and Mary Annie Trone Shurm, her husband David Graham Brockwell, a sister, Ruth Shurm Pruett, and a brother, George â??Buddyâ? Shurm.. Surviving are her daughters, Linda B. Hobbs & husband Bobby and Judith B. Lafleur and husband Paul, a brother, William E. Shurm, all of Hopewell and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday, April 27, 2007 from 5-7 PM at their motherâ??s residence A graveside service will be held Saturday, April 28, 2007 at 10:00A.M. in Appomattox Cemetery with Rev.
