Gladys Jones Norton

Gladys Jones Norton, 94, of Colonial Heights, Virginia passed away on Monday, August 15, 2016. Mrs. Norton was born in Pickens County, SC, daughter of the late Roy and Inez Jones. She was a retired bookkeeper for her brother, teacher and a member Colonial Heights Baptist Church and Secona Baptist Church in Pickens, SC. She is survived by her three children, Greg Norton and his wife, Judy of Port Angeles, WA, Lynn Walko and her husband John of Harrells, NC, and Scott Norton and his husband, Mark of Prince George , VA; 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband John Norton; her parents, Roy and Inez Jones; two brothers, Billy and Clarence Jones; and 4 sisters, Ruby Rochester, Ruth Ristu, Neil Garrison, and Joe Kyte.
